Being Canada's fastest growing online brokerage company, Questrade offers a full set of online tools for users to trade using their desktop computers or any mobile device.

I was part of the team who built their Questrade Trading platform from the ground up. I was responsible for wireframing the inner sections, designing the main tool screens, icons, illustrations, and micro-interactions.

Questrade Trading Platform

This tool had to be very intuitive and simple to use in order to capture new users that were not used to the trade environment. We achieved that by keeping the main navigation and main actions available all the time and all interactions were simplified and tested to make sure everything was accessible.

Another important aspect was to pay attention on how the app would behave in a responsive environment, and for that I built a prototype to check how it would look on every display possible.

Micro-interactions
