Hospital TV Calling System
From the time you arrive at a hospital to the time you are attended, you deal with passwords and calling orders. The To Life staff created a system of targeting passwords integrated with Emerges to facilitate the orientation of the patients.
I dedicated myself to create a clear and objective communication so the patient can know what to do, even if they are vision impaired, illiterate, or distant from the monitor. The icons are specially developed in order to help them have a quick understanding of the steps in which each patient is called. For example, if the patient is waiting for medical care he would only need to follow the call when the "cross" icon appears.

Satisfaction Research Totem
When patients are leaving the hospital after being treated, they have the opportunity to evaluate the service through an interactive totem by the hospital's exit. The interface was created to make it quick and easy to use.
Outcomes
The system has achieved a reduction of 80% in waiting time. I'm very proud of helping saving lives by being part of this project. If you want to learn more about the entire project, watch this video (pt-br)
